The June Board meeting for the Waterside Condominium Association has been CANCELLED. The July Board meeting will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at 10 AM via Zoom. The Agenda and Zoom invitation link will be found in the Documents section of this website as well as on our Facebook page a few days before the meeting.

The monthly meetings for the Waterside Condominiums Association Board of Directors are on the second Saturday of each month at 10 AM, held via ZOOM. The link for the Zoom invitation is on the last page of the Agenda which will be posted in the Documents Section of this website. You can also access the Board Meeting at www.WatersideMeeting.com

The Association Insurance policies were recently renewed. We are awaiting new Certificates. You can always request the latest Insurance Certificates at the website www.CAUInsure.com .

Parking is limited at Waterside. Please only park in designated areas. Do NOT block garages or entryways. There is ample street parking available for overflow or guests. Please do not park in Handicapped Parking spots unless you have a handicapped placard or handicapped license plate.

About Waterside Condominiums
Waterside Condominium Association is a community of 40 condominiums in 5 buildings on almost 200 feet of waterfront in downtown Oak Harbor. Located on 1.65 acres adjacent to Windjammer Park and the waterfront trail, the Waterside Community overlooks the harbor & marina, and in clear weather has views south to Mt Rainier.
